Brand recognition and other reactions are created by the accumulation of experiences with the specific product or service, both directly relating to its use, and through the influence of advertising, design, and media commentary. A brand is a symbolic embodiment of all the information connected to a company, product or service. A brand serves to create associations and expectations among products made by a producer. A brand often includes an explicit logo, fonts, color schemes, symbols, sound which may be developed to represent implicit values, ideas, and even personality.

- Bottle shape
- Color set: White background with blue, green and pink. Both white bottles with blue cap.
Notable Difference:
- TopCare really highlighting that they are a Dandruff Shampoo using large text.
Garnier® Fructis and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Bottle shape
- Color set: Green background with white and black text and a few notes highlights in pink.
- Both mention they are fortifying shampoo
Johnson's & Johnson's® Baby Shampoo and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Bottle shape
- Color set: Yellow shampoo, clear bottle, yellow cap.
- Although No more tears™ seems to be trademarked, TopCare® said Tear free instead.
Johnson's & Johnson's® Hair Spray Detangler and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color set: White background with a yellow area having dark blue text.
Pantene® Shampoo and Conditioner and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Bottle shape of shampoo and bottle shape of conditioner.
- Color set: Pantene has several varieties in various colors and TopCare has the same various colors
- Pantene® is also known for the Pro-V™ forumula you barely see integrated with the logo. But TopCare® placed a big "V" on the bottle instead.
Irish Spring® Deodorant Soap - Original and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color Set: Mainly green with some touches of yellow-green and yellow with white text.
- TopCare® uses the words Spring Fresh Feeling and Fresh clean feeling as Irish Spring® has the words feel Clean & Fresh!
Dial® Antibacterial Soap and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color Set: Mainly orange with hues of yellow. White and black text.
- Both mentiones the word Gold.
Dial® liquid soap anti-bacterial handwash refill and TopCare®
Similarities
- Color set: Orange liquid soap in clear bottle.
Notable Difference:
- TopCare® really highlighting that the soap is Anti-Bacterial using large text.
Softsoap® liquid handsoap and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color and graphics: Clear liquid. Although Softsoap® does not say much on the front of their bottle, but it has a fish and some seaweed, TopCare® places a fish and seaweed too.
Notable Difference:
- TopCare® really highlighting that the soap is Clear and adding that it is anti-bacterial and is hand soap.
Suave® Naturals Cucumber Melon Body Wash and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color set: Green liquid body wash soap in a clear bottle with white cap.
- Both are cucumber melon
Notable Difference:
- TopCare® really highlighting that the product is a Moisturizing Body Wash
- In many countries, in other languages, melon is the catalope. Thus on Suave® the image is a cantalope and slices of cucumber. But on TopCare® also with slices of cucumber, but their melon is the watermelon.
Vaseline® Intensive Care Daily Skin Shield lotion and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color set: predominantly white with blue graphics.
- Although Vaseline® uses the words skin shield, TopCare® uses similar meaning words saying skin protection.
Vaseline® Intensive Care Aloe Cool & Fresh lotion and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Color set: predominantly green with blue graphics.
- Both exactly say Aloe Cool and Fresh.
- Graphics signifying the aloe plant present on both bottles.
Q-tips® Cotton Swabs and TopCare®
Similarities:
- Packaging shape
- Color set: blue box with white text.
